Surfaced Cherry Board, 15/16" x 7½" x 36" (CH-001)

This is the exact board you'll receive. One piece of cherry, surfaced on both faces and straight-lined on both edges, so it's ready to go straight to your project. The front shows off cherry at its liveliest, with wavy, rippling grain that flows the whole length of the board and catches the light as you turn it. The back is a warmer salmon-pink with long, flowing grain lines, a small pin knot, and a few dark gum flecks near one end, the kind of natural marks cherry is known for.

Cherry is a joy to work. It machines cleanly, sands smooth, and takes a finish beautifully. Give it some time and light and it'll deepen into that rich reddish-brown cherry is famous for. It's a great fit for boxes, small furniture, drawer fronts, trays, and anything heirloom-minded.
