1. Sponsor
This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Old Mill Hardwood Co., 960 Neubling Ave, Evansville, IN 47713 ("Sponsor," "we," "us," or "our").
2. Giveaway Period
The "September Giveaways" begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on September 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on September 30, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period"). The Giveaway Period is divided into four weekly drawing periods:
- Week 1: September 1 – September 7, 2026
- Week 2: September 8 – September 14, 2026
- Week 3: September 15 – September 21, 2026
- Week 4: September 22 – September 30, 2026
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) or household members of Old Mill Hardwood Co. are not eligible to enter or win. This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
To enter, you must complete all of the following steps during the Giveaway Period: (1) submit a valid email address using the sign-up form at oldmillhardwoodco.com; (2) follow Old Mill Hardwood Co. on Instagram; and (3) follow Old Mill Hardwood Co. on Facebook. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to complete any of these steps or to enter.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Giveaway Period. Entries using multiple email addresses, automated entry methods, or other means to submit multiple entries per person will be disqualified. Once all three entry steps above are completed, a valid entry automatically qualifies that entrant for every weekly drawing described in Section 2 that occurs on or after the date the entry is received. Sponsor reserves the right to verify completion of the entry steps and to disqualify any entry that does not meet all requirements.
5. Prizes
A total of thirty-six (36) prizes will be awarded over the course of the Giveaway Period, with a combined Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of $1,975.00, distributed as follows:
- Week 1: 5 handcrafted wooden pens (ARV $30 each), 3 gift cards (ARV $25 each), and 1 cutting board (ARV $65) — Week 1 total ARV: $290
- Week 2: 5 handcrafted wooden pens (ARV $30 each), 3 gift cards (ARV $25 each), and 1 cutting board (ARV $65) — Week 2 total ARV: $290
- Week 3: 5 handcrafted wooden pens (ARV $30 each), 2 gift cards (ARV $25 each), and 1 cutting board (ARV $65) — Week 3 total ARV: $265
- Week 4: 5 handcrafted wooden pens (ARV $30 each), 2 gift cards (ARV $25 each), 2 cutting boards (ARV $65 each), and 1 walnut table set (ARV $800) — Week 4 total ARV: $1,130
Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise at oldmillhardwoodco.com only and have no cash value beyond their stated denomination. Actual retail value of the walnut table set and cutting boards may vary based on species and finish available at the time of fulfillment. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty, express or implied. No cash equivalent or substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a specific item becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on file as of the end of each weekly drawing period, on or about the Tuesday following that week's close. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email within three (3) business days of selection. Each winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in the same manner.
7. General Conditions
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or extend the Giveaway, or these Official Rules, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner's consent to Sponsor's use of their first name, city, and state for promotional purposes related to this Giveaway, in any media, without additional compensation.
9. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of a prize.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, you release Old Mill Hardwood Co., its owners, employees, and agents from any liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, receipt, or use of a prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Privacy
Personal information submitted with your entry will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be sold to third parties.
12. Governing Law
This Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
